Maximum budget of 680€. Only used for 1080p gaming and light work for school. I'll be ordering Windows 10 from /r/microsoftsoftwareswap. Any feedback? Please don't tell me to get the 4gb version of the GPU because I simply cannot pay 40€ extra.

Seems good actually. Just try to look for a i3 4170 they are usually in the same price as a i3 4160.

Looks good. I would personally try to get a H81/B85 mobo to save some money but the H97 will work great.
