(Solved) Chrome suddenly stopped working

Hello , 

 

 

Today I was going to play some games but decided I would surf the internet a bit to read up on the "AMISH"  kid that a lot of people thinks cost the Blue Jays Game 6 vs the Royals last night. 

   anyways my chrome would not open at all no matter what I did,

 

I tried to uninstall and reinstall I did about 5 different virus scans found some things but nothing major used CClearner malwarebytes, spybot S&D  did some online scans by F-secure and EST. 

 

and still it would not open I am using the light version of chrome right now, I can usually trouble shoot stuff  really well but I have come up empty this time. 

 

Hoping someone here can help me out.
