Think it's 30 bucks more  for the 4 msi card.

Get the 2GB - not worth the 30$ in this case. Unless you're going to be doing some heavy AA or Ultra Textures you're fine with 2GB

Is the 750ti still a good choice for low setting, newer games?

R9 380 would be a good option. Depends on your budget and location.

750 Ti is getting too weak for current games :/

4GB would be better.

370 doesn't really need the memory.

R7 370 won't really break the bank, will beat a 750 Ti and will work fine with a low-wattage PSU. What is yours?
