Think it's 30 bucks more  for the 4 msi card.

Get the 2GB - not worth the 30$ in this case. Unless you're going to be doing some heavy AA or Ultra Textures you're fine with 2GB

R9 380 would be a good option. Depends on your budget and location.

R9 380 is around 1.5x more expensive. Doesn't fit into my budget of around 130 euros.

4GB would be better.

370 doesn't really need the memory.

get a used 7970/280x for 130 or so on ebay.

very common and does 1080p ultra on most games.
