GPU(?) strange malfuntion

Hello guys.

I have a weird and frustrating problem with my nvidia gtx 960 gaming 4gb.Sometimes,i open my pc and everything is ok,but sometimes i open my pc and my card doesnt work.No signal on the screen.What is wrong?If i want to fix this i have to shut down my pc and unplug my PSU and then USUALLY i works.What is wrong is something broken?

PSU might be dying

jesus i have it for a month or so...any other thoughts except the psu dying? :(
