With the Heart of Thorns expansion released today, Maguuma Jungle and other new areas are a lot more graphically intense than the rest of the game. You really need a better build. Here's a premade one I've set up for those on a budget:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($174.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($67.89 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 380 4GB PCS+ Video Card  ($203.98 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case  ($43.99 @ NCIX US)
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($53.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $680.61
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

EDIT: added 4gb GPU instead of 2gb.

It's very sturdy (can last for 3+ years), powerful (can run almost anything you throw at it on high and ultra settings), and gets the job done. I suggest buying a 1080p monitor with speakers and IPS to go with the build. On average they're ~$150.

Those on a tight budget shouldn't be buying brand new parts. And the r9 285 is almost $100 used and basically an r9 380

If you want to lower the gpu, sure, but I don't trust used parts.

Or clearance microcenter items works too. I got my r9 290 from microcenter for $143. Even EVGA B stock has 780ti for $200. And there's nothing wrong with used parts as long as you are buying from a reputable seller.
