I have a R9 270X and a R9 285 and they are both pretty good, no idea though how much they cost in the us though. 

May be a tiny bit over 150

Just looked at benchmarks, I take that back. I was only going off what some people said, saying it's the best low end card.

R9 285 should be available for 175$ if you can stretch the budget slightly.

270/X is def in the list of good GPUs for 1080P high gaming

 

although the 380 will be a way lot faster

 

the price will also be higher obviously

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
