Graphics Cards plans help for GTX 980 and Pascal

Current:

i7 3770

GTX980 (blower style)

some old medion mainboard

 

January:

Hardline watercool CPU & GPU

i7 5820k

GTX980(TI)

Asus X99-a

 

The question is if I should try to sell that blower GTX980 and buy a GTX980TI (so that I have to spend about 150€-200€; I hope to be able to sell it for around 50€ cheaper than the model from the shop) and watercool that, to then sell it a few months later to buy a Pascal GPU to then change the loop to watercool that.

Or to just stand that loud cooler 'till January, watercool that and sell it a few months later to buy a Pascal GPU to then change the loop to watercool that.
