Disc usage is constantly at 100%

Recently my disc usage is constantly spiking to 100% and its slowing down my computer and i have no idea how to fix it .. help is much appreciated

Click on the link labeled "Open Resource Monitor" right there to get a more elaborate view. On the Disk tab of the Resource monitor you can find info on what software is doing it. Something like scheduled virus scan or backup would do that. But it can be malicious too.

I have this thing called ''Windoes Problem Reporting" thats taking up 33.7mb/s and everytime i close it , it reopens .. any solution?

It might be Superfetch - try temporarily disabling it.

When I had this issue it was a broken HDD though...
