Those temps are a little high, but not too high for an AMD card.

Try going to regular drivers and see what happens. Also try seeing the load temps as the card may actually be overheating.

Load temps are about 60-65C.

That's actually pretty good lol. 

Again try going to full release drivers. If that doesn't work...you can RMA it or take off the heatsink and try the baking technique (Linus has a video about it).

that's normal bud. its almost around the same as my GTX 970 MSI 4g
