What's an acceptable turn around time on technical support? Specifically on Motherboards? I've been waiting days and haven't received anything but the notice the ticket is being processed. I don't want to be a **** but at the same point it's rather irritating. Before I called them up complaining I wanted to make sure it's not an industry standard to take this long.

If anyone asks you never saw me.
