gpu artifact?

can gpu artifact occour due to a particular game? .. today i was playing watchdogs .. and suddenly gpu artifact occoured and athe ingame menus became hazy.. i ran other games.. all were lagging.. i have r9 380 sapphire,, but then i went into catalyst control centre where i scrolled back settings to default.. though i hadent set any particular profile for game.. but then restart fixed everything..... then i played gta 5 for 1 and a half hours approx without any problems... should i be tensed?

Watch Dogs is a buggy game - if it happens again RMA.

It happened to me recently with my 280x in GTA V. But when I found out that a lot of 280Xs do that in GTA V I wasn't in hurry to RMA it + I can't take it back to my retailer now since it would take 30 days for them to repair/give me new one and you know Fallout is coming and war, war never changes :D
