I can see my controller in the contollpanel, but i dont get any input.

Install MotionJoy (DS3 tool), go to driver updates or something, install that package and set it to emulate as an xbox 360 controller.

Now it will work in all games compatible with Xbox 360 controller.

 

That's the short explanation, I would suggest following a tutorial online.
