Hey guys, I'm looking for help on a PC build. I've never attempted to build one before, but with the upcoming release of Fallout 4 has pushed me to replace my laptop in search of something a little heftier. I have no idea where to start, but I do know that I don't want to spend any more then $650-$700 dollars on the build. P.S. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong thread, I couldn't find one that seemed suitable.

If I was building a PC with your budget I'd go with something like this-

Then just pick up the OS off reddit for less than thirty bucks!
