Gpu stripped screw

I was removing the backplate of my gtx 980 SC so I could put a waterblock on it but two of the screws were tightened so much that the head stripped when I tried removing them. What can I do to fix this?

first, that link doesn't work and you can't really fix a stripped screw.

Step 1) put an elastic band on top of the screw

 

Step 2) put screwdriver head to band and get it wedged in the best you can

 

Step 3) Pray

 

Step 4) turn screw driver
