Pc won't boot the os

So it just boots to the mobo thing? What errors does it show?

nit shows nothing only a blinking - on the top left i recorded a video but im on my phone and dont know how to post it

Try uploading a picture instead

Hmm I think that's the screen before the mobo thing comes on. No idea what the problem is then, never had anything like that happen to me
