Which 390 to get?

So I plan on ordering a 390, and want to have a really good cooler on it. I don't want to liquid cool it. I've been looking at the PCS+ cooler? Are there any better ones, and if so, list a few.

MSI looks better and is shorter - fits in more cases, I would prefer this one, however Sapphire is also very good.

Not really, apparently the Gigabyte ones are crappy and have locked voltage for some reason

Either Sapphire or XFX. And don't touch Gigabyt'es high end cards with a 10foot barge pole, the coolers suck and as mentioned they are voltage locked (all of Gigabyte's cards are built to be as cheap as possible).

I know. I've got their Rev 2.0 GTX 650ti OC 2GB (luckily its fans never need to go above idle to keep it cool at load even when overclocked)and GTX 970 G1 Gaming. And then there is this:
