PC wont boot?

So I was installing windows 10 (from 7) and stupidly I didn't check if it was compatible with mavericks (I dual boot) so now Mac just boot loops meanwhile when I try and boot Windows I get a failed to start 0xc0000000 so I put in the installation disk but at that point my keyboard is dead at that point for some reason so I tried to run the installation disk straight of the bat but I can a Windows is loading files boot loop

Any ideas?

Maybe your dual boot software isn't compatible with windows 10 so maybe you should remover it and reinstall it and keep windows 7?

No you don't understand its Windows 7 that won't boot Windows 10 didnt even finish installing
