Ok so my computer has always had some issues and every now and then very rarely I would get a blue screen of death and it startled me but I went back In and everything was fine so I ignored it, now everytime y log in my computer I get the blue screen of death 5 minutes into logging in. Ive stopped every auto startup program, every process, and every strange file I get to find because I never download wierd stuff only my steam games and pictures which Ive also deleted to see if it would work but no, Ive tried recovery but I dont have my installation disk so I would have a "bricked" computer, please help I dont know what to do.

your hdd might be dead.

 

what model is it ?    you might still be able to save files. but you probably need a new one

 

also. can you boot up fine in safe mode ?

There is a program that let's you check the blue screen error code.

did you google the error codes you got.

I would suggest first scanning for malware, second disable all overclocks, and resetting your CMOS.

I disabled the overclock I had for almost a year, and I tried scanning for malware but as I said it only lets me in for 5 min then blue screen comes in so i cant

I just booted into safe mode running advanced system care cause its the only program that cleans pc that I have and its running fine Im just scared thst when I go back to normal startup its just going to be the screen again and my hdd is a wd blue 1 tb its not dead cause it does let me in and transfer files and all but still it fails some virus maybe idk
