This is the wrong section for this, there's a dedicated graphics card section. 

 

Also are you looking for an AMD or Nvidia card? What are your other specs? If you're running a 4690k, you should spend more than $200 on GPU.

If you spend about $290 you can get a Zotac 970 that will go better with you CPU

The R9 380 and GTX 960 offer the best performance at that price, the R9 380 a bit more so.

Please get a 380, $200 is Nvidia's weakest price point by far.
