Battle front cpu temps

Iv been reading a lot about people getting mega high temps after playing the beta and then temps staying higher than usual

Is there any truth to this ?

Well my temps are the highest when playing it.. I never had this high temps on other games, honetly, I tested and battlefront gets my cpu up to 95 degrees..... and my GPU to 85 and my intel gpu to 95.. not even bf4 gets it that high

Well I did forget to see how much CPU it was using I did get relatively slightly higher temperatures. But then again high temps come from high cpu usage so yay?

Both true for me. Uninstalled Battlefront but no change in temps.

I can't see how a game can be the cause, but I'd watch your temps closely. Most likely it's just a coincidence for me that the temps stayed higher.

Goes up to the 70*c range for me. And that usually only happens during stress tests.

do u get high cpu usage tho ?

DIdn't check but how many threads does it use? It might force your CPU quite much. I'm noticing 95C on my laptop, usually it doesn't get above 90.

It's using 8 threads on mine, temps are at an all time high of 57

What's the thread usage? That temp doesn't seem that bad when compared to this review. Or some other reviews for that matter as well.

Slightly high yes at 60% but hey, it's beta, maybe they fix it.

I'm gettin 90 fps but gpu usage is low on both cards I'm guessing when it comes out and I can hit 144 fps the cpu usage and temps will rise
