Hello,

I recently bought the R9 390 and i got a problem.
I set the fans to spin at least 10% all the time (10 % at 50C and 20% at 55C) Higher temps are set as default.

My memory clock is constantly 1500 , and its not downclocking on idle, my idle temp is around 60 C with fans on 15-20%.
Is this normal?
On every rewiew i watched they say idle temp should be 35-40 max, with 0% fan speed.

Here are the spec:
-CPU - Intel Core i5 4460 3.2 Ghz-
-Videocard - MSI AMD Radeon R9 390 8GB, 512bit -
-RAM- G.Skill Ares Series 8 GB,1600 Mhz-
-Motherboard - Asrock H97M Pro4 -
-Monitor - BenQ XL2411Z 144hz -
-Storage - WD 1TB, 120 SSD -
-OS- Windows 7 64 Bit-
-Mid Tower Antec 902-

it depends on your airflow and how you have set up your pc but also people that have tested it are probably testing it in a test bench not in a case so thats probably why that is confusing also the case with my r9 290 it has pretty cool temps on reviews but in reality it hits 90 celcius easy

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

If i'm not mistaken, memory clock will stay on 3D mode if you're using 144hz.
