For RGB LED's Modguru or Icemodz has some good stuff, for solid color ones Addon Customs makes some pretty nice ones, I did a review on them here:

An alternative is to get those LED rolls on Amazon and to cut to length and connect the LED's you need.

How do the LEDs work, Is it by a switch you use?

The single color ones are the ones I use they are directly wired via 3 pin fan connectors so there is no on/off but could be modded in easily, the kits or lights from Modguru and Icemodz are RGB so they have a controller and remote that comes with them to let you cycle through different modes or colors if that's what your more interested in.

Some of them are just switched on all the time, some of them are controlled via usb, and the others - via some remote control (kind 'a stupid).

Just get some bitfenix alchemy (1 pack) and you will see if you need this or not.

I've decided to go with the logisys LDXRM12C 12inch (30cm) LED light strip for my build. It features a remote and is powered by a molex cable.
