All depends on location. In such a huge city as yours, you could try doing it piece by piece, but it might be faster to just do it as a whole.

What are the parts? Also, discounted price is pretty much the same as used, even though the parts have not been used much they are still used and still worth around as much as you paid for them.

eBay the individual parts or sell the whole PC in person using something like craigslist. If it's still really new, you may be able to return some parts.

Try selling as a whole locally, if no success there then sell off parts at places like HardForum in the classies.
