Error messages? What happens when you try to install?

Im having trouble installing anything to my pc. such as itunes, avg, bluestacks and more. really really annoying. there is always an error of failed installation.  any suggestions

sry your right. when installing windows essentials now i found out. but i rebooted and something is still installing. any ideas??

Thats weird. I would try opening up the task manager and ending things that look like an installer.
