I recently bought a Zotac Gtx 750ti and i put it into my dell Vostro 460 (i dont know what mobo) and when i power it on, i get 5 short beebs. Bios is AMI

retail gpu's don't play well with oem motherboards...especially the big 3...hp...dell...emachines..compaq

I can almost gurantee its a power issue...or a bios compatiblity problem

ive fixed this before by modding these shitting bios's...but its not always easily..especially if they make it hard to get the bios/update

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer

I can help over Teamviewer if you wish

just msg me on my profile
