Best capture card for Dual PC stream setup?

first off i dont know where i would post this. there should be a thread for "recording/streaming". 

 

also, i need to know which capture card would be best for PC to PC streaming. I know of elgato and avermedia, but does the AGPTEK one work just as well? what are others?

You really should just upgrade your computer and use Dxtory, OBS, Fraps. I've been doing a shit ton of research on codecs and quality shit, so if you have questions about game recording, ask me.
