so this is the build i've come up with anything i should change? maybe i can save some money on monitor buying used? i have mouse and i can live without non-mechinal keyboard for now, the buget is around 1100$ canada!

Get the EVGA b2 750w as psu,that is ont the cheap for now.Other than that, looks good

Since it is a locked processor, you are fine.

 

I have a stock cooler on the same processor that you are getting, and it runs great for me.

No, you dont need it for sure, but it will come in handy if you decide to upgrade in the future.

Also it is a better quality unit on the cheap, thats why i am suggesting it

hmm i'll consider buying it if it goes on sale but i'll stick with the 500w for now
