Oh ok I was assume it was running through a conduit but in the wall cavities or beside each other like that it's not a problem.

So following up my other topic kinda, were putting the Ethernet in and we were wondering, would it be safe to run this cable http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004NPL4YE?keywords=cat6a%20ethernet%20cable&qid=1444514919&ref_=sr_1_2&sr=8-2

next to 12 gauge Electrical wire into a double box, one side with Ethernet, one side with electricity.

thanks in advance!

If it's in the same conduit no, it's recommended to run communications and electrical lines separate to each other to prevent noise, if it's a patch panel and in a cabinet beside it not as big as an issue.
