Cuda upgrade ? who important?

hey smart people i was wondering if a GPU upgrade would be worth the money, i only use the computer (hackintosh) for premiere pro cs6 (and logic pro X) and was wondering how much of a difference cuda makes ? i know the 4k color grade video files are very demanding on the cpu but how much would it help to upgrade the gpu? my curent gpu is a 660 ti with 1344 cuda cores and it is defenetly helping my workflow compaired to making the cpu do all the work, but would an upgrade to a 780 ti with 2880 cuda cores do much better (value for money wise) or are we talking very small differences ?

my current rig is:
i7 3770
660 ti
16gb 1600hz ram

120 gb ssd and application disk

250gb ssd for the projects and video files i'm working on.

1 tb 7200rpm disk for the the projects once rendered out to the 250gb ssd, done and uploadet, then moved here.
2x1080p monitors.

not very big, i'm considering buying a used 780 ti? but if there is somthing that would be much more preformance/money i could consider waiting and raising my budget?

Well 780 ti can go for over $300+  It's still a good card. If there is nothing better you can find, go for the 780 ti(I'm assuming you're from Murica!)

 

You can sell your 660 ti for $120-$150. If you wish

i'm actually from Denmark in europe
but will it make enough of a preformance difference for the money? i can't seem to find comparisons of different gpus preformance with mercury playback engine, it is always comparison of with or without.

Forgot to ask. What is your PSU that you're using in your system? I think it'll make some difference.

just wondering if i am going to run a 4k monitor + one 1080p, and use it for editing would a 780 6gb (non TI) be better than the 780 Ti 3gb ?
