You need Origin, which is EA's version of steam, and you can download the game now but won't be able to play it until the Beta goes open.

How do I go about getting the Beta? I'm a bit confused as I can't find it on Steam. Do I need to get it from a site or something? Thanks!

Go on origin, download, wait for unlock.

I have it pre downloaded. It's under the free demos section of the orgin store. The game is unlocked today at 1pm central time. It's 13GB, and is really slow to download.
