Budget PC Aduio Setup

I don't know how to explain this properly considering Im not the most experienced when it comes to this stuff, but ill give it me best shot. I have two speakers that use Two-wire cable and a subwoofer. What I need to do is connect these me make a 2.1 speaker setup. My issue is I don't know how to do this and include hooking up my headphones to the same thing as my speakers. Keep in mind I have very little money, and would not like to go to thrift stores to buy any equipment. I don't know if this is enough to get help but its all I can do.

What 2 wire cable?

What do you wan't for the amp you can use any stero/surround sound recever. they start at around 150 new. http://www.parts-express.com/sherwood-rx-5502-multi-room-stereo-receiver--252-120 this will work if you want a cheap amp.

The only thing that really combines a speaker amp and headphone amp is a receiver. I have a headphone amp/dac that I use for the dac for my speaker amp. Also most subs will have a passthrough for your speakers so you wire directly to the sub from the amp, and then to the speakers.

I got these second hand for a steal which is why im trying to figure out this setup. MY budget for making my setup work is ~$200 usd (not including thing I have bought already).

Not at the moment, but I could get a soundcard that has one.
