GTX 970 Mem OC wont stick

I've had my GTX 970 OCed since i got almost a year ago and its done this before but i dont know what caused it or what happened to let it start ocing again. Im using MSI Afterburner and I've had a 1500Mhz core and a 4000 Mhz mem and now the mem wont oc. stays at 3005. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Solved I uninstalled the newest Nvidia Driver and installed the next one before it and that fixed it.

I had the same problem with my evga 970. The memory would be running at 200mhz lower than the stock clocks. EVGA originally said it was a bug in gpuz and eventually had me rma the card. I suspect it has to do with either the newest drivers or shadowplay however. My replacement card should be coming this week, so we'll see if it's actually a failing card or as I suspect, a driver/shadowplay issue.

Make sure when inputting an OC variable that you press 'Enter' afterwards, else it won't stick

Also make sure you have it set to apply the OC on boot in Afterburner settings

Happy overclocking  B)
