If it runs stable, yes. But I really don't see the point, taxing the GPU for benchmarks- yes. But for normal daily driving, no.

Have you run a stress test? Memory seems fine. Core clock looks a bit high but if it runs stable during a FurMark stress test or Ungine Valley benchmark, sure it is fine. As long as temperatures do not get to high.

It would be safe if temparatures don't rise too high and artifacts don't appear, thing I seriously doubt will happen

Did you just look at someone elses results and copy them?

 

Or did you slowly bump up and testing with an unigine benchmark tool like valley/heaven after every change?

 

Overclocking is specific to each card, they can end up in similar places to others, but some cards will OC better and some wont.
