-This is a rig upgrade not a new build

-I need a 6 core for rendering,gaming,live-streaming,you tube and some other 'secretive' things plus I have a titan x and I want to give it the best of the best!

-I need that amount of ssd space for games, renders and the os

-I'm planning on doing a dual titan x machine that's why there's a 1000 watt psu

-I don't need 4k or even 1440 p I'm fine with 1080 p don't and believe me I know someone will say get 4k or get 1440 p NO

-everything will be overclocked and I'll try to overclock past limits and water cooled so yeah

Get a i7 5280K / ASUS X99-A and spend the rest on a new PSU (Upgrade from the CX 750).

Oh, and dominator platinums are overpriced.

Dominators are overpriced. The Ram has NO point in overclocking. The Board is very good for a lower end x99 plus. A few tech youtubers have given it good responses for the price. Difference between pro and evo series is not enough for the price difference. x61 Kraken is a bit better and a bit cheaper and quieter. Also looks better. The monitors are IPS, better for surround sound. Also.. Please get a new PSU,

Any XFX or Seasonic 850w PSU will do.

Any EVGA GS or G2 850w Will do.

But Corsair man

Sorry to tell you, but if you can get a better deal FOR THE SAME thing basically. Go for,it. Do not fanboy. Kingston is one of the top brands for RAM and NZXT has left and right made quality cases and CPU cooler. Also, the CX series just downright suck, and any other Corsair PSU is overpriced.
