I would go for the TP-LINK option but that is only because of better theoretical specs.

Well if you're going to be doing any local file transfers then the TP-LINK is the better choice as it provides a higher bandwidth on the 5 GHz frequency but do note that this is theoretical and you most likely won't achieve 1.3 Gbps locally due to many factors such as radio wave interference.

No, the branding has nothing to do with the compatibility of the networking card. That's like saying an ASUS graphics card only works with ASUS motherboards, that would be pretty dumb. I don't even think that's possible, probably editing the motherboard and graphics card BIOS to only work with each other and nothing else. If you're still not convinced then feel free to go for the ASUS network card, nothing wrong with that aswell aside from the lower bandwidth which will only have a significant impact for local file transfers.

i know that i meant if i have any improvments like Gamfirst technologie from ASUS

 

but ok I went with the Asus because it also goes better with my color sheme :)
