Ram probs? Or what?

I woke up this morning to my computer stuck on my BIOS splash screen. It was frozen which was odd. I pressed a function button and the mobo beeped once and stayed frozen. After switching parts in and out the RAM (after the third try) resetting it let it boot back up again. This has happened twice now (this morning, and sunday morning). Any ideas?

It could definitely be a problem with your RAM.

 

I would run a few passes of memtest.

Beep once means everything goes right

It would beep once and then not do anything though :/ Even after waiting about 10 minutes.
