Look at the frame-rate test. An i7 4790 and an R9 290 achieves 60 FPS + all the time averaging about 80.

You can expect a very good product in terms of graphical optimization. Across a wide variety of GPUs.

It doesn't look like DX12 is a priority for them at this time. If the game has a good player base I expect them to patch it in later. Johan Anderson is quite passionate about the subject. Always shows up at industry events talking about Vulkan/DX12/Mantle

Well you was right. I just played a match on max settings apart from aa as it's only fxaa and was getting 100fps.

I'm playing right now, FPS stays between (low 70's and mid 110's) but 70-80fps on average (Big outdoors Hoth Map, more FPS inside)

GTX970 @ stock clocks.
