Hi... I recently got my budget down in more than half because i really didnt know the limit and now they told me that the limit is about 1523 $ which are exactly 6000 NIS ( my country money ).

If you say like - WTF? how did you get from 4k to 1.5k , the explanation will be , that im getting this PC from an NGO called " Make a Wish " im making a wish and its a gaming rig because thats one of the only things they give im instrested in . you can read all about it but its basically because I had cancer , im ok now and im getting a reward for beating it  ;) .

Anyway.. as i requested a 4k computer before and got alot of help here , I want to get help from you guys again.

One important rule , you can only use that site : http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=16014

Simply press " Copy BB Code " under the pc picture to copy a code for the forum .

so , here are the major dots :

1. Budget & Location
1656$ exactly ( in that site its 6000 NIS) is the limit with maybe like 15$ of exceeding the budget

IMPORTANT NOTICE : PARTS ARE MORE EXPENSIVE IN MY COUNTRY , PLEASE GO LIKE 200-300$ LESS than the 1656 budget if youre building in pcpartpicker

2. Aim
High end gaming . like AAA games on ultra graphics and super duper everything xD on 1080p though , before I was going for 4k

Maybe a little of video and photoshop editing but i think i5 will do fine

3. Monitors
Just one guys , 1080p , get crazy as much as you can  ;)

no need to add it in the budget , just recommend me of one and ill buy it myself =)

4. Peripherals
Nah , I aleardy know what I want in that part

5. Why are you upgrading?
My pc now is a laptop , and runs BF4 on medium. please help me xD

thats about it  , about the graphics card , thats the biggest part of the computer for me (no im not kidding) and i would want to settle for this part. Strongest graphics card i can get , if you wanna put me an i7 and weaker graphics card so dont , i5 and stronger graphics card. other parts are important aswell i know , in the motherboard part , i would love to get an option for future upgrades but again , not to settle anything for the GPU unless there are things you say is a must to play games even better , what im saying in this weird and long sentence , do what you recommend , I know you guys wont settle for a graphics card  ;)

Thanks alot in advance! Linus community FTW ;)

The case is irrelevant and also, just look at the pricing of your website yourself. It's easier for us to make builds on pcpartpickers rather than other websites.

well but i really dont know what other case to pick , if it will be comfortable for you to put on pcpartpicker it will be comfortable for me to use KSP , but i guess if you just tell me about a case it will be about fine , i have to see videos about the R9 though , i only know GTX's =D , Linus must have a video bout it

never got an AMD radeon.. =D

Ya the case is interchangeable...try and find one you like on your site and then just look up a review of it look at the midi atx/full ATX cases

The antec 300/302s are decent and wont brake the bank but I know they are a bit dated at this point.

Other then that the above build will do you fine, I would go with an nvidia card but ive bought into the nvidia ecosystem and need their cards to make things work properly with everything I have, and im simply more comfortable with them, the 390 will do you fine though really

I know nothing about amd , the nvidia experience is the comfortable thing for me , if you think this 390 is the best i can do with the money , can you say if this is the one he picked for me? - http://en.ksp.co.il/?uin=27476 , because in pcpartpicker it has 3 fans :P

all 390s are more or less going to perform the same, some might be overclocked a tad from the factory, or have extra fans for better cooling but at the end of the day they are more or less all going to do ABOUT the same thing you just might get a few more frames, what id try and do is find the most expensive one and work down from there, til you can find one to suit your budget.  this is very generally speaking, but the more expensive ones are going to performa a bit better then the cheaper one (either in cooling, overclocking potential, or run a bit quicker then a factory AMD card)

The closest Nvidia equivalent would be the GTX980, on the benchmarks im looking at the diffrence is usually smaller then 10 fps but both cards getting 60 fps or well over 60 fps (ok witcher 3 is 58fps but imo close enough...) the thing is though the 980 is about 500 more of..your money more (comparing the card you linked too to the EVGA GTX980 Superclocked)

Also is that the only place you can get a comp from? since they dont have the 6700k only a 6700 which is going to limit your overclocking a TON if you wanted to do that

thats the best one yeah , and i checked the build he made for me , its exceeding the budget because stuff are more expensive here , its about 2000NIS more than the budget which is about 500$.. =/

hahaha i wanna cry xD , is it still possible to run games on ultra? :P

Ya im trying to make things on that sight and im REALLY struggling to fit a skylake system into that budget. At least with DDR4 memory I dont think you are going to be able to go skylake

youre building via the KSP site? i just got noticed the budget is up to 6500 NIS , maybe now its possible? :P

edit : i made some changes , first of all , no need to add a monitor in the budget. i wanna spend it all on the pc , i can buy a monitor seperatly. and as i said the budget is now higher =)

Price: 6677 ₪

FEw things of note...ask around about that PSU, the psu id want isnt on the site..and wouldn't be in budget. PSU is important so get a second opinion on that one, same thing with your CPU cooler iirc skylake k cpus dont have a cooler in the box so you need one, and I didn't recognize most of the models they had there. I went with one I did but noctua setups are fairly pricey.

you also wont be doing crazy overclocking with that cooler, its more of a...get the system running kinda cooler then anything til you can get something better.
