After starting with a barebones pc 3 years ago and slowly upgrading up over time, this is the current state of my PC!

  • Operating System: Windows 10 Pro N
  • CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 3.4 Ghz
  • RAM: 8GB G. Skill Ripjaws X 2133
  • Motherboard: Asrock H81M-HDS
  • PSU: Corsair CX 600M
  • Graphics: MSI R9 390 8GB
  • Storage: 128GB Sanddisk SSD, 3TB Seagate HDD
  • Case: NZXT S340 (Red & Black)
  • Monitor: 24'' Vizio and 22" AOC I2269VW-B IPS
  • Keyboard/Mouse: Cooler Master Storm Devastator (Red)

That's the next item on the cutting block when I have spare cash again haha I don't overclock the gpu at all so it's more then fine.

 

 

How about this for a name:

 

TPCIATBUBIUAAACC (This PC Is About To Blow Up Because I Used Asrock And A Corsair Cx)


Never had an issue with Asrock boards or CX series psu. This is my third Asrock board (first was a fm2+ board, then an am3+ board, now 1150) and I've had this power supply through three gpus and never had an issue with them like crashing or anything.

Yeah and I respect that. Don't mean to come off as a fan boy or anything, I'm just willing to give things a try and if I can save some money that's more then great for me haha need all the money I can save as a single father.

I completely understand where you are coming from haha I know there a lot better brands out there, I just don't mind going cheaper for a lower budget.

I gave my friend my Hyper T4 and I had it left over from my R9 280x that I had used a Kraken G10 on.

pretty good, if it fits the bill then ya did good.

 

just can't get past the mATX mobo in an ATX case. just my opinion.

for $50, sure.

my mATX allengce is with the fractal design arc mini r2. the cube/box would be a mobile

platform if needed, but i didn't care for them as a static case.

Yeah it's not that bad of a case and temps are nice in it, it's just for when I travel up to a friends house for gaming nights every month or so if I get lucky timing with the ex being able to take the kids for a while.

I don't think you really have a choice but sitting that close to monitors can damage your eye sight. But hey YOLO!

I plan on cutting the two corners behind the monitors (if you look at the last photo, its where the phone is) and getting a dual monitor arm for my desk and mounting them back and angled down. Bills come first though then I need to finish the kids pc for their ABC mouse and other kid games they love to play on my computer. Most spoiled 2 and 1 year olds ever! lol
