Hi, I'm thinking about building a computer for my partner, but I don't want to spend a lot of money on one, so i was thinking about used parts,

 

Doesn't have to be recent components, she only does light gaming, games like minecraft and sims

If you buy used parts you've quite a lot of options and we can't exactly with what you should go with, because we don't know what's available to you.

 

And then there are also a lot of parts you probably shouldn't buy used like the PSU.

ok serious time, how much do you want to spend, do you need a monitor and OS?

I would highly recommend just a simple FM2+ build, even buying a cheep LGA 775 system on Craigslist and throwing a simple GPU in it would do you fine like a GT 630 or something.
