Phone's mobile data "disconnected"

I have an unlocked HTC One M7, and I just changed from bell to fido.

 

Ever since I changed over however, I havent been able to use my data as it always says that it is "disconnected."  I have tried restarting my phone, switching between gsm/hspa/auto, and re-inserting the sim card, but nothing has worked so far.... Help!
