where do i go to find it in crystal ?

Within the window, it should be to the right when you select the appropriate drive.

just tells me the hours and power on count and the buffer size

according to HDsentinelPro, my main 1TB HDD WD Black has a power on time of 1051 days and 100% health (knock on wood)
