Gaming. It's not like I'm going to be able to build a rendering machine with that amount of money.

Well, is this $700 budget for a PSU, RAM, CPU and GPU?

Your comment was somewhat vague, should we assume that you already have your mobo, HDD/SSD, tower and nothing else?  Do you need an OS?  Peripherals?
