Hey guys,

I am new to OCing, but I just finished OCing my GPU and want to move onto my CPU. I watched a great video from Paul's Hardware on OCing the i7-6700K to get me up to speed. What Core Speed can I expect to be stable with the i5-6600K? Any good starting points?

Any recommended stress tests?

Thanks!

I think you can at least expect 4Ghz. Try that and then go upwards from that point on.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.

its all different, everyone has a different chip so you might get better or worse results than someone else. just experiment with your current setup and see what the best overclock is for you.
