The build quality is a bit meh but the features are decent and the cooling is excellent. source: http://nl.hardware.info/reviews/5358/8/corsair-carbide-spec-01-review-verrassend-krachtig-fotos (in dutch)

edit: as Nacho Marco Segui said, change the PSU. The corsair CX is not really good, particularly for the money. I'd also get an i5 4460 instead of the 4690k, since your motherboard doesn't support overclocking and the 4460 delivers enough performance anyways. You can use the money saved for a better GPU.

Can you extend your budget for a Corsair spec 03? I was planning to buy this one but went with the S340.

The Spec-01 is a pretty good case. Solid buildwork but you'll want to replace the filters at some point (not to mention add filters for top/back).

I'm pretty pleased with it so far. Solid build quality, enough room for cable management, removable drive cage (3.5"one), quite a few fans (5, although you'll want to be careful how you set up your airflow)

sorry, i dont know how chipsets work... but i do intend to overclock. how do i pick an overclocking motherboard then?

what i was looking for was a case that has window and i dont really like those super boxy cases with flat front portion, and spec 01 has grills.

i have to admit that the top mesh bothers me for it has no filters(i do know they have to be an exhaust, blowing air out),

and also the width constraints some cpu cooler because they dont fit, so i think i just have to buy shorter cooler. comparing spec 01 and spec 03,, i cant argue with their price difference here in my country.

You need a Z97 board I believe. If you plan on overclocking YOU NEED A GOOD POWER SUPPLY WITH LITTLE RIPPLE! Supernova G2 is the best you can get with little voltage ripple and will keep you going strong.

You need a motherboard with a Z97 chipset, a good PSU and a good CPU cooler. Expect to spend $100+ extra for really no real world performance gains. Also, is there a reason you went with a 4000 series CPU instead of Skylake?
