Phone help! :)

Okay, so long story short, my phone broke, so i bought a second hand one and turns out it was pretty... not good. it was an S3 with real bad battery problems which i couldnt be bothered to replace because it's so slow and now it doesn't get service anywhere.

I'm coming from an HTC One M7 originally which i loved and i was thinking about just buying another, but i thought i'd see if anyone on here reccomended a different phone for around the same price $250 nzd ish which is $160 usd

Zenfone looks cool! thanks ill look into that on ea bit more, the Moto G however, not sure i can use a phone daily with 1gb of ram, i find the waiting a bit tedious
