anyway, get a 750Watt PSU. that should leave you with plenty of headroom for future upgrades and other stuff like fans and leds. i think it might even be a little overkill for this.

550W is fine - 650W is what I'd get for OC headroom.

I5 , 390 8GB DDR5 , AND 8 GB RAM HOW MUCH WATT POWER SUPPLY WOULD I NEED AND I AM PLANNING TO BUY A EXTERNAL COOLER TOO

750W, gives you plenty of room on your power supply.

 

But, what country are you in?

What? Nah - a single 390 pulls 270-300W - 750W is fine for 2 if it's a good Unit :)
