If its stable then yes. Your gpu wont be under load 24/7 anyway and will cool down. When you in games it may reach that temperature but in normal usage its fine. I would run MSI Kombuster or aida 64 to check if your overclock is stable.

the correct way to test a stable GPU OC is to use Unigine Heaven, then 3D Mark Firestrike and then games

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Sometimes the gpu can pass these tests as they only go for small periods of time. If your going to be running a gpu in a game and be playing for 3hrs+ then you want to make sure you stress test it for that long.

Sometimes the gpu can pass these tests as they only go for small periods of time. If your going to be running a gpu in a game and be playing for 3hrs+ then you want to make sure you stress test it for that long.

usually i just loop heaven and firestrike

 

if those passes

 

then i go for the game and run the demo and see if anything crops up

 

aida64 will stress the whole system but wont be as realistic as playing actual games
