I turned off my power, restarted, and its perfectly fine now. My gpus looks like its fine, what effect will this have on my gpu as of now? reduced life? help pls

Nothing much, your gpu will be fine. The blue screen is there to save your system from harm. With the restart ur gpu would of been set back to default speeds. Your gpu is fine, dw.
