So I'm looking for a dirt cheap PSU, like 15$. I know you're gonna be like NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!!?!?! It's for my build Ye Old Whisper, which is made out of cheap ass parts that are like close to ten years old. If the PSU fails in a month I'm not gonna cry. I'm looking for something uber cheap, at least like 300 watts and relatively quiet.

Show me what ya got.

Look for a used PSU.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Microcenter has some cheap "Solid Gear" power supplies if you have one nearby(they also sell true OEM PSU's too, you just have to ask).

Get second hand PSU.

Don't waste that CPU.

if it was a CD, yes get a cheap PSU, but a dual core Core2 NO!

It's not gonna be wasted, it's gonna be part of a PC that I'll be streaming games from my main rig to as well as playing HD movies.

I am saying if you get a Cheap PSU, it will be dead, and that is a waste of a decent computer. (I saved a C2D from being killed)

If it had a Celeron D, KILL IT!!!
